Our Story
Welcome to Revolution Diving, Winnipeg’s premier diving club! 🌟
We’re proud to call the world-class Pan Am Pool (25 Poseidon Bay, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) our home. This iconic facility has hosted numerous national and international events over the years, making it the perfect place for our athletes to train and excel.
Our dryland training area is equipped with trampolines, dry diving boards, platforms, bouncy floor, and other dry equipment. In the water, our athletes train on 1-meter and 3-meter springboards and 3m, 5m, 7.5m, and 10m platforms. We also use a bubble machine and audiovisual equipment to enhance training.
We've been turning Winnipeg's talent into national and international champions for decades! Our illustrious alumni include 1984 Olympian Mike Mourant, 2009 NCAA Champion Kristin Davies, 2011 Canadian National Champion and 2011 Pan Am Games medalist Kevin Geyson, seven-time National Champion Cam McLean, and many more. Our athletes have shone on the international stage, with medals at World Championships, Commonwealth Games, Pan Am Games and Junior Pan Am Championships, FISU World University Games and Grand Prix events.
Our world-class coaching team is by Dallas Ludwick (Canadian National Team Coach and 2004 Age Group Coach of the Year), Svitlana Serbina (World Champion and former National Team Coach in Ukraine) and Oleh Serbin (2021 Olympic Finalist in Men's 10m synchro for Ukraine). Our Coaches and Instructors are all trained in the National Coaching Certification Program and are all current or former competitive divers.
At Revolution Diving, we offer programs for all ages and abilities, focusing on long-term athlete development. We work to ensure that training is both disciplined and enjoyable at all levels, and we work hard to remain at the cutting edge of sport so that our competitive divers have their best chances of success.

Meet The Team
Dallas Ludwick
High Diving Head Coach
The founder of Revolution Diving (2010), Dallas Ludwick, has 25 years’ experience building positive and productive team cultures and loves helping rising athletes and coaches to be their best self.
In a sport requiring tremendous amounts of courage – Dallas has loved helping athletes “go for it” from beginner to the international stage. Her divers have won medals at Pan Am Games, Commonwealth Games and FISU World University Games.
Now an international High Diving coach working with athletes at World Aquatics and Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series competitions and training camps, Dallas loves the way this extreme sport is pushing the limits of athlete preparation, performance, recovery and evolution.
Svitlana Serbina
Diving Head Coach
Known as an athlete for her flawless rip entry, Svitlana Serbina won the first ever world championships in Synchronized 10-meter platform for Ukraine in 1999. This amazing athlete competed at two Olympic Games: Atlanta 🇺🇸 1996 and Sydney 🇦🇺 2000! She was a national team coach in Ukraine, and now at Revolution Diving, she guides our next generation of high performance athletes with kindness and ambition!
Oleh Serbin
Diving Head Coach
Oleh was a national team diver in Ukraine, specializing in Men's 10-meter and synchronized 10-meter. He and his synchronized partner competed at the 2020(1) Tokyo Olympics and finished an impressive 5th! Oleh is now bringing his experience and technical knowledge to the next generation of Winnipeg youngsters as he develops our young athletes who are beginning to compete. Oleh is also the administrator of our Learn-to-Dive programs. Please say hi when you register your diver!
Nathalie Cromwell
Competitive Team Coach
Nathalie started her diving career in New Zealand, where she competed for 5 years all over the country as well as in Australia and Singapore. When she moved to Winnipeg, she started diving with Revolution and concluded her athletic career at Canada Games in 2022 for TEAM TOBA! Nathalie began coaching Learn-to-Dive classes and Little Jumpers, and is now working with our club team divers. She is also a certified diving judge and is currently pursuing her Bacehlor's degree in Kinesiology at the University of Manitoba.
Ilya Yunanov
Competitive Team Coach
Ilya first joined Revolution Diving in 2021 as an adult diver, standing out from the crowd as soon as he took his first dive. It turns out he was a national team diver for Kazakhstan! Despite a long time away from the sport and a life in a new country, Ilya simply could not keep diving out of his life. He now coaches with our competitive team and helps out with many special projects for the club.
