The Novice Festival is a Manitoba Diving event that gets hosted each year at Pan Am Pool. The event is intended for all divers at all ages and levels to come out and have a great time! This event is all about participation, and having fun! It is a perfect opportunity for divers to show off some of their awesome diving skills to friends and family members. All divers who participated in the 2019 Fall diving session are invited to attend!
